Reservation Form

Camp Rates

Camp Use = $3.00 per person per day (any part of a day = a day). MBA Churches = $1.00 per person per day (any part of a day = a day).
Cabin Use = $50 per night per group. Day use only = $50.00.
Use of Activity Stations = $15.00 per group
Bathhouse Use = $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit.
To Reserve Date: = $50.00 refundable deposit. (Returned if check-out sheet and other cleaning procedures are followed.)
Cancellation Policy: Two week cancellation notice is necessary to receive the $50.00 deposit refund.

Procedure For Making a Reservation
1. Check calendar for availability.
2. Click "Reservation Form" above, fill it out, and email it to jon@madisonbaptists.org.
3. To secure date(s) send deposit check (dated for the first day of your desired event) to: 2318 Whitesburg Drive S, Huntsville, AL 35801
